Drives™ and Dimensions™ are successfully used in many Leadership Development programs and are sometimes complemented with FeedBack 360°.

These tools are associated with our expert programs in order to deploy online assessment solutions offering high quality psychometrics.

These tools, along with our integrated solutions, are provided to our clients and partners.

Talent Q certification is necessary to use these tools. Today, over 500 professionals are certified.

Since 2010, we use the talent Q tool and in particular the Dimensions Test to assess careers, external recruitments and internal appointments. When we release the results, we can use this tool to help us communicate with the candidate to define his/her priority action modes. [...]
