- Prior criterial assessment on existing analysts and key profile identification,

Result: integration failure rate decreased
Second example: An industrial company who trains its own employees wishes to identify applicants who have both the required skills and learning abilities.
Course of action:
- Prior assessment on the definition of the jobs and profiling
- HR managers in charge of the recruitment processes were trained,
- Selection of tests and questionnaires (Dimensions™, Aspects Ability™ and Control™)
Result: HR managers were able to recruit on their own.
Third example: a food-processing company with strong growth wishes to handle its managers' recruitment internally (2009).
Course of action:
- Prior "generic" profiling assessment, based on required features compatible with the company's values,
- HR team in charge of recruitment was trained,
- Implementation of a specific synthesis.
Result: 685 evaluations have already been conducted.
